Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing product roles
  • Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system
  • Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly
  • Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions
  • English level: C1 or C2
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment
  • SaaS / CRM / tech tools exposure (bonus)
  • Customer success experience (bonus)
  • Ability to learn and explain software quickly (bonus)
  • Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation (bonus)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (bonus)
  • Handled high-value or demanding customers (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding sessions and walkthroughs
  • Help clients understand how to use the product
  • Support users as they learn workflows
  • Guide clients through onboarding and product training
