2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing product roles
Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system
Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly
Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions
English level: C1 or C2
Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment
SaaS / CRM / tech tools exposure (bonus)
Customer success experience (bonus)
Ability to learn and explain software quickly (bonus)
Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation (bonus)
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (bonus)
Handled high-value or demanding customers (bonus)
