Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting in a high dynamic environment
  • Comfortable hiring across a range of functions, including Product, Engineering, Operations
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team
  • Strong sourcing instincts, fluency with sourcing strategies and modern tools
  • Think creatively, lead initiatives and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English proficiency of at least upper-intermediate level
  • Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, keeping a people-first culture in mind
  • Create recruiting plans to grow the candidate pool for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively search for passive candidates on various job platforms
  • Develop and implement innovative, scalable global sourcing strategies, including outbound campaigns, talent mapping, and community engagement
  • Partner with Hiring Managers, Interviewing panels, and People Ops to create the best candidate-centric experience
  • Keep ATS Greenhouse organized and up-to-date for tracking key hiring metrics
  • Gather and provide feedback to the team to help improve processes
