Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting in a high dynamic environment
Comfortable hiring across a range of functions, including Product, Engineering, Operations
Experience working with a globally distributed team
Strong sourcing instincts, fluency with sourcing strategies and modern tools
Think creatively, lead initiatives and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English proficiency of at least upper-intermediate level
Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, keeping a people-first culture in mind
Create recruiting plans to grow the candidate pool for current and future hiring needs
Proactively search for passive candidates on various job platforms
Develop and implement innovative, scalable global sourcing strategies, including outbound campaigns, talent mapping, and community engagement
Partner with Hiring Managers, Interviewing panels, and People Ops to create the best candidate-centric experience
Keep ATS Greenhouse organized and up-to-date for tracking key hiring metrics
Gather and provide feedback to the team to help improve processes
