Requirements
- Based in Europe
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech start-up environment
- Proven track record of hiring for both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
- Experience on an international scale across EMEA, AMER, and APAC
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including the use of AI tools
- Solutions-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to push back and influence where needed
- Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Go-to-Market functions to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages, from job briefing to offer stage.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques and tools, including AI-powered recruitment solutions, to attract diverse, top-tier talent across EMEA, AMER, and APAC markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, coaching them on best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
- Contribute to building scalable hiring processes and staying ahead of industry trends to keep our recruitment approach sharp and competitive.
