Requirements

  • Based in Europe
  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech start-up environment
  • Proven track record of hiring for both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
  • Experience on an international scale across EMEA, AMER, and APAC
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar platforms)
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including the use of AI tools
  • Solutions-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to push back and influence where needed
  • Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Go-to-Market functions to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages, from job briefing to offer stage.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques and tools, including AI-powered recruitment solutions, to attract diverse, top-tier talent across EMEA, AMER, and APAC markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, coaching them on best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
  • Contribute to building scalable hiring processes and staying ahead of industry trends to keep our recruitment approach sharp and competitive.
