Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the CFD, forex, or trading industry
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, proprietary platforms)
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments
- Understanding of APIs
- Understanding of trading algorithms
- Understanding of data analysis tools
- Familiarity with trading platform architecture and functionality
- In-depth understanding of CFDs, forex, and financial markets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced degrees or certifications in financial markets are a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for trading products
- Identify opportunities to enhance trading features and flows
- Lead efforts to optimize trading platforms for performance, usability, and reliability
- Develop and prioritize innovative trading features
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive trading experience
- Work closely with trading, compliance, marketing, and customer support teams
- Ensure trading products adhere to regulatory requirements
- Define and track KPIs, such as platform uptime, trade execution speed, and user satisfaction
- Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
