Responsibilities
- Track and drive key initiatives across the product roadmap and wider organisation, ensuring strategic goals are broken down into actionable tasks.
- Identify bottlenecks in cross-functional workflows and help design, implement, and monitor processes for collaboration.
- Manage smaller-scale projects or workstreams within larger product launches, maintaining timelines, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track product, project and operational KPIs, analyzing data for reports that inform executive decision-making.
- Maintain the source of truth for project statuses and strategic playbooks, ensuring the internal knowledge base is pristine and accessible.
- Stay curious about Project Management methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.) and suggest ways to adapt them to Xapo’s unique environment.
