Responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule social media content across all brands
- Create reels, templates, graphics, stories and captions
- Maintain brand consistency and trend relevance
- Research current social media and design trends
- Create digital assets, workbooks, guides and retreat resources
- Design promotional materials
- Monitor engagement and performance analytics
- Support collaborations, podcasts, interviews and partnerships
- Build and manage affiliate program systems
- Create Facebook groups, events and launch assets
- Update and maintain websites (Wix / WordPress)
- Add products and services
- Update team pages and service pages
- Build landing pages and funnels
- Improve conversion flow
- Support payment integrations
- Assist with Afterpay / ZipPay setup
- Implement automations
- Email inbox monitoring
- Client correspondence
- Pre- and post-retreat communication
- Payment reminders and follow-ups
- Send payment links
- Birthday and nurture list management
- Supplier sourcing
- Venue research and shortlist creation
- Gift and welcome pack automation
- Vet tenant applications
- Manage tenant enquiries
- Track lease commencement and expiry dates
- Coordinate cleaners and maintenance
