Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Significant time in a marketing agency or the marketing side of B2B professional services environment
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience working with technical or professional services businesses
  • Demonstrated track record of running multi-channel marketing independently
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM
  • LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
  • Hands-on experience with Claude (AI tool) or similar AI platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Exceptional written English with clear, precise, and engaging communication
  • Strong editorial judgment and high quality standards
  • Strong eye for design and visually compelling content
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach
  • Systems thinker who builds scalable processes and workflows
  • Comfortable working independently across time zones with minimal supervision
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to extract input from busy teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business development goals
  • Identify new channels, formats, and tactics to grow brand awareness and lead generation
  • Stay ahead of AI marketing tools and bring new capabilities to the team proactively
  • Build the marketing function to be a genuine competitive advantage for the business
  • Own, protect, and evolve our brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand guide that keeps AI outputs on-brand
  • Run structured weekly sessions with the MD, Chief Revenue Officer and Directors to extract strategic thinking and content ideas
  • Convert unstructured ideas, conversations, and expertise into polished marketing briefs
  • Use Claude and HubSpot Breeze and other relevant AI tools to draft, refine, and personalise content at scale
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and content marketing
  • Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
  • Track performance, report on results, and continuously optimise based on data
