Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Significant time in a marketing agency or the marketing side of B2B professional services environment
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience working with technical or professional services businesses
- Demonstrated track record of running multi-channel marketing independently
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM
- LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
- Hands-on experience with Claude (AI tool) or similar AI platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional written English with clear, precise, and engaging communication
- Strong editorial judgment and high quality standards
- Strong eye for design and visually compelling content
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach
- Systems thinker who builds scalable processes and workflows
- Comfortable working independently across time zones with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to extract input from busy teams
Responsibilities
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business development goals
- Identify new channels, formats, and tactics to grow brand awareness and lead generation
- Stay ahead of AI marketing tools and bring new capabilities to the team proactively
- Build the marketing function to be a genuine competitive advantage for the business
- Own, protect, and evolve our brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand guide that keeps AI outputs on-brand
- Run structured weekly sessions with the MD, Chief Revenue Officer and Directors to extract strategic thinking and content ideas
- Convert unstructured ideas, conversations, and expertise into polished marketing briefs
- Use Claude and HubSpot Breeze and other relevant AI tools to draft, refine, and personalise content at scale
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and content marketing
- Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
- Track performance, report on results, and continuously optimise based on data
