Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience managing paid media accounts
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with Monday.com, Klayvio, Shopify and Instapages
- Proven ability to manage and scale ad spend profitably
- Experience running structured testing and optimisation programs
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and performance measurement
- Experience creating and editing short-form paid ad content
- Confident using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Experience managing KPIs, ROAS, CPA, CAC and LTV-based metrics
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and manage paid media accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Execute full-funnel paid media strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention and ROAS
- Manage and optimise media budgets to maximise performance and efficiency
- Run rapid-fire split testing (creative, audience, offers, hooks, formats)
- Create, edit and iterate paid ad content based on performance insights
- Review and maintain ad tech stack and tracking infrastructure
- Track and report on KPIs and performance goals
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
