Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience managing paid media accounts
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience with Monday.com, Klayvio, Shopify and Instapages
  • Proven ability to manage and scale ad spend profitably
  • Experience running structured testing and optimisation programs
  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and performance measurement
  • Experience creating and editing short-form paid ad content
  • Confident using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Experience managing KPIs, ROAS, CPA, CAC and LTV-based metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid media accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms
  • Execute full-funnel paid media strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention and ROAS
  • Manage and optimise media budgets to maximise performance and efficiency
  • Run rapid-fire split testing (creative, audience, offers, hooks, formats)
  • Create, edit and iterate paid ad content based on performance insights
  • Review and maintain ad tech stack and tracking infrastructure
  • Track and report on KPIs and performance goals
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
