Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, business development, or pipeline generation
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or pipeline targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Interest in technology-driven business transformation and consultative solution selling
  • Familiarity with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
  • Experience selling both software and services/consulting is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools to manage leads and sales activities
  • Self-driven, customer-centric, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and consultative selling
  • Identify and qualify prospects across both SMB and enterprise segments in the region
  • Build and nurture early-stage customer relationships to develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Present and demonstrate Atlassian solutions (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) to prospective clients
  • Position both software subscription licensing and Professional Services such as implementation, process improvement, and managed support
  • Prepare proposals, support contract negotiations, and contribute to deal closures in collaboration with senior sales and delivery teams
  • Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives including webinars, events, and targeted campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation
  • Occasional regional travel may be required for customer meetings, partner activities, or events
