- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and consultative selling
- Identify and qualify prospects across both SMB and enterprise segments in the region
- Build and nurture early-stage customer relationships to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Present and demonstrate Atlassian solutions (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) to prospective clients
- Position both software subscription licensing and Professional Services such as implementation, process improvement, and managed support
- Prepare proposals, support contract negotiations, and contribute to deal closures in collaboration with senior sales and delivery teams
- Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives including webinars, events, and targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation
- Occasional regional travel may be required for customer meetings, partner activities, or events
