Responsibilities
- Publishing various products on our website as per the planned timelines.
- Distribute Packt products, including books, videos, and courses, to various channel partners as per the SLA.
- Foster strong relationships with team members through effective collaboration.
- Train team members on new and existing clients, processes, and best practices.
- Update and maintain guidelines for all distribution channels and workflows.
- Ensure 100% quality in all assigned tasks through rigorous checks and adherence to standards.
- Monitor product availability on distributed platforms and ensure systems are updated with accurate data.
- Adapt proactively to system changes and new processes.
- Handling multiple requests from various channels.
- Proactively research and explore topics as needed to enhance knowledge and problem-solving.
