Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in software development, automation, or a related field
Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
Working knowledge of automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms)
Basic experience with APIs and system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus
Experience with AthenaHealth EHR and Go High Level systems is a plus

Assist in analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for automation
Contribute to the design and development of automated solutions using scripting languages, APIs, and automation tools
Support integration of automation solutions with existing systems and infrastructure
Test and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance
Maintain and update existing automation scripts and tools with guidance from senior team members
Document processes, workflows, and solutions clearly and accurately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in automation and development
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
