Job Details

2+ years of experience in SDR, inside sales, or outbound sales
Proven experience executing high-volume outreach (100+ emails per day)
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience with cold calling and following structured outreach scripts
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and maintaining data hygiene
Ability to conduct account-based outreach and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Highly accountable with strong ownership and no tolerance for idle time
Persistent, resilient, and comfortable with repetitive outreach tasks
Strong research skills for sourcing healthcare contacts and account data
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Experience with Apollo.io
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with Slack
Experience with Google Sheets / Excel

Execute daily outbound email campaigns to physician offices and healthcare accounts using established templates and sequences
Research and identify new prescribers within existing healthcare systems and accounts
Initiate outreach to potential B2B partners, including medical equipment distributors
Personalize messaging to improve engagement and response rates
Maintain consistent follow-up cadence across assigned accounts to ensure ongoing engagement
Re-engage inactive or dormant accounts through proactive outreach
Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts by targeting additional providers
Schedule meetings for senior sales leaders with qualified prospects
Log all outreach activities, responses, and account updates accurately in CRM systems
Maintain clean and up-to-date account records, including contacts and notes
