Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads using the BANT framework
  • Educate prospects on solutions and address objections
  • Schedule calls, demos, or consultations with Account Executives
  • Maintain clean CRM records and ensure accurate handoffs
  • Hit key metrics related to lead conversion, engagement, and responsiveness
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and process
  • Share trends and common objections to help refine sales positioning
