Requirements
- 2+ years in inbound sales, customer support, or a similar call-focused role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using CRMs and call software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Self-starter mindset with excellent time management
- Availability during core U.S. business hours (EST–PST)
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework
- Educate prospects on solutions and address objections
- Schedule calls, demos, or consultations with Account Executives
- Maintain clean CRM records and ensure accurate handoffs
- Hit key metrics related to lead conversion, engagement, and responsiveness
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and process
- Share trends and common objections to help refine sales positioning
