Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an inbound SDR or similar sales development role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Systems fluency: you pick up new tools quickly, keep your CRM spotless, and know how to find information without being told where to look.
- A genuine interest in the problems our customers face - banking, insurance, and logistics operations are not trivial, and the right person finds that interesting, not intimidating.
- Strong organizational instincts: you manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads.
- Comfort working independently and across time zones, with the discipline to cover both US and EU hours reliably.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI (nice to have).
- Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.) (nice to have).
- Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation (nice to have).
- Additional European languages beyond English (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own the inbound pipeline: respond to leads quickly (on hourly and daily cadences), reach out, ask the right questions, and qualify & schedule with precision.
- Research accounts before every conversation - understand the company, the industry, and where AI fits into their world.
- Use our CRM and sales tools fluently: log everything, keep data clean, and surface insights that help the team.
- Coordinate across time zones, covering both US and European business hours.
- Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth, informed handoff every time.
- Spot patterns in inbound traffic and share what you're seeing with marketing and sales leadership.
