Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries from initial interest through quote, follow-up, and purchase
- Guide inbound inquiries through product capabilities, pricing, and deployment
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand operational needs
- Deliver a consultative buying experience that builds customer confidence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Support existing accounts with post-sale follow-up and inquiries
- Identify recurring questions and share feedback to improve messaging and onboarding
