Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries from initial interest through quote, follow-up, and purchase
  • Guide inbound inquiries through product capabilities, pricing, and deployment
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand operational needs
  • Deliver a consultative buying experience that builds customer confidence
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Support existing accounts with post-sale follow-up and inquiries
  • Identify recurring questions and share feedback to improve messaging and onboarding
