Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an inbound SDR or similar sales development role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Systems fluency: pick up new tools quickly, keep CRM spotless, and find information without being told where to look
  • A genuine interest in the problems our customers face - banking, insurance, and logistics operations
  • Strong organizational instincts: manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads
  • Comfort working independently and across time zones, with the discipline to cover both US and EU hours reliably
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI (nice to have)
  • Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.) (nice to have)
  • Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation (nice to have)
  • Additional European languages beyond English (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Own the inbound pipeline
  • Respond to leads quickly (on hourly and daily cadences)
  • Reach out, ask the right questions, and qualify & schedule with precision
  • Research accounts before every conversation - understand the company, the industry, and where AI fits into their world
  • Use our CRM and sales tools fluently: log everything, keep data clean, and surface insights that help the team
  • Coordinate across time zones, covering both US and European business hours
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth, informed handoff every time
  • Spot patterns in inbound traffic and share what you're seeing with marketing and sales leadership
