Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an inbound SDR or similar sales development role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Systems fluency: pick up new tools quickly, keep CRM spotless, and find information without being told where to look
- A genuine interest in the problems our customers face - banking, insurance, and logistics operations
- Strong organizational instincts: manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads
- Comfort working independently and across time zones, with the discipline to cover both US and EU hours reliably
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI (nice to have)
- Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.) (nice to have)
- Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation (nice to have)
- Additional European languages beyond English (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own the inbound pipeline
- Respond to leads quickly (on hourly and daily cadences)
- Reach out, ask the right questions, and qualify & schedule with precision
- Research accounts before every conversation - understand the company, the industry, and where AI fits into their world
- Use our CRM and sales tools fluently: log everything, keep data clean, and surface insights that help the team
- Coordinate across time zones, covering both US and European business hours
- Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth, informed handoff every time
- Spot patterns in inbound traffic and share what you're seeing with marketing and sales leadership
