Responsibilities

  • Connect with interested prospects via phone, email, and SMS from trials, events, content downloads, and marketing campaigns
  • Qualify and prioritize leads by understanding business needs, timeline, and decision-making process
  • Schedule high-quality demos between qualified prospects and Account Executives
  • Become an Arketa expert to speak confidently about platform solutions
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, track lead progression
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and provide feedback
  • Follow up strategically with prospects not immediately ready to move forward
