Responsibilities
- Connect with interested prospects via phone, email, and SMS from trials, events, content downloads, and marketing campaigns
- Qualify and prioritize leads by understanding business needs, timeline, and decision-making process
- Schedule high-quality demos between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Become an Arketa expert to speak confidently about platform solutions
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, track lead progression
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and provide feedback
- Follow up strategically with prospects not immediately ready to move forward
