Requirements

- A track record of working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and account-based programs
- Comfort working in Salesforce and using data to guide decisions
- Ability to own programs end-to-end—from idea to execution to measuring impact
- A mindset that balances creativity with practicality
- Willingness to travel ~30–40% to spend time in the field with customers and sales
Responsibilities
- Become the go-to partner for sales, trusted and relied upon in planning conversations
- Create thoughtful, high-quality experiences (events, dinners, customer moments) that feel personal
- Help turn big ideas into simple, repeatable programs that drive real pipeline
- Bring focus and clarity to territory marketing, aligning efforts to the accounts and regions that matter most
- Use Salesforce and data to connect the dots between marketing activities and revenue impact
- Help show up in the market in a way that feels authentic, helpful, and distinctly Fleetio
- Test, learn, and improve, building a field marketing motion that gets better every quarter
- Find creative ways to break through the noise without overcomplicating things
- Help build stronger relationships with customers and prospects
