  • Ability to own programs end-to-end—from idea to execution to measuring impact
  • A mindset that balances creativity with practicality
  • Willingness to travel ~30–40% to spend time in the field with customers and sales

  • Create thoughtful, high-quality experiences (events, dinners, customer moments) that feel personal
  • Help turn big ideas into simple, repeatable programs that drive real pipeline
  • Bring focus and clarity to territory marketing, aligning efforts to the accounts and regions that matter most
  • Use Salesforce and data to connect the dots between marketing activities and revenue impact
  • Help show up in the market in a way that feels authentic, helpful, and distinctly Fleetio
  • Test, learn, and improve, building a field marketing motion that gets better every quarter
  • Find creative ways to break through the noise without overcomplicating things
  • Help build stronger relationships with customers and prospects
