Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Sales or GTM enablement, with experience in a SaaS company
  • Eager to operate at both strategic and hands-on level, with experience building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable sales performance
  • Agile and organized, with experience creating structure in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Deep sales expertise, understanding modern enterprise sales processes and methodologies (quota-carrying role experience is a plus)
  • Influential with strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across GTM teams and levels
  • Data-driven, comfortable with CRM reporting (Salesforce and Gong) to derive insights for programs

Responsibilities

  • Build sales materials in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership, owning and maintaining pitch decks, case studies, qualification surveys and processes, and related enablement materials.
  • Drive optimization in the sales process by leveraging data to identify blocks and developing programs to improve close rates.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs to get new sellers up to speed on Ada’s selling methodology and products.
  • Run sales programs and events, including designing and sourcing content for biannual SKO events and managing weekly continuous enablement programs.
  • Develop and crowdsource AI tools like Claude Skills to drive productivity in the sales process.
  • Design and maintain sales enablement tooling, specifically owning Highspot for content delivery optimization.
