Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role or a comparable technical environment, including solution consulting, technical sales, or implementations, ideally within B2B SaaS
  • Experience working with integrations such as CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), SSO (SAML, Okta, Google SSO), and APIs
  • Ability to scope, assess, and communicate integration requirements in a clear and structured way
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous technical scenarios
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting technical validation activities such as proof-of-concepts, pilots, or trials
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent opportunities
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams
  • Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and grow technical expertise

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective customers to scope integration requirements (CRM, SSO, APIs, and related workflows) and understand technical environments
  • Provide advisory support to new customers during early-stage implementation of integrations, helping troubleshoot approach, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with what was scoped during the sales cycle
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback on emerging integration patterns (e.g., API, connectors, MCP), helping inform future product development
  • Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Consultants to support integration-heavy opportunities throughout the sales cycle
  • Validate integration feasibility early, identifying risks, constraints, and recommended approaches to support deal progression
  • Deliver integration-focused demos and technical walkthroughs aligned to real customer use cases and environments
  • Support complex trials where integrations are a key component, helping define realistic and impactful evaluation plans
  • Ensure alignment between pre-sales solution design and post-sales implementation, actively reducing gaps between what is sold and what is deployed
  • Act as a point of collaboration with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to provide context and recommendations on integration approaches
  • Build and maintain internal documentation, demo assets, and playbooks related to integrations and technical best practices
  • Enable and support the broader Solutions Consulting team by sharing knowledge, patterns, and guidance on integration scenarios
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to provide feedback on integration capabilities and customer requirements
