- Own the commercial revenue target across new business, upsell, and renewals
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy aligned to Complexio's sector focus (maritime, energy, industrial)
- Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline with rigorous forecasting and CRM discipline
- Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals where required
- Lead and coach the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to contract signature
- Ensure Pre-Sales capability (demos, solution scoping, POC delivery) is aligned to enterprise buyer expectations
- Build a world-class account management function focused on value realisation, retention, and expansion
- Own CRM strategy, hygiene, and adoption across the commercial team
