Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science)
- Experience in a SaaS or industrial software company (ideal)
- Experience with B2B software selling into process industries (O&G, Chemicals, Pharma, Power, Semi, Mining, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and/or industrial operations and process data
- Ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to varied audiences
- Experience conducting software demos and technical consultations with prospective customers
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel (10%-25%)
- Multilingual is a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team and prospects to do discovery.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Address technical questions and provide expert insights into Seeq’s platform.
- Collaborate with the Director of Solutions Consulting and other cross-functional teams.
- Partner with account executives to understand prospective customers’ business needs and align Seeq’s capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance during all phases of the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team to develop and refine demo assets and best practices.
- Offer input to product management and engineering based on customer feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends, customer use cases, and competitors.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting solutions.
- Assist cross-functional teams in developing industry-specific value propositions.
- Represent Seeq at events, webinars, and conferences.
