Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science)
  • Experience in a SaaS or industrial software company (ideal)
  • Experience with B2B software selling into process industries (O&G, Chemicals, Pharma, Power, Semi, Mining, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and/or industrial operations and process data
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Experience conducting software demos and technical consultations with prospective customers
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel (10%-25%)
  • Multilingual is a huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team and prospects to do discovery.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Address technical questions and provide expert insights into Seeq’s platform.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Solutions Consulting and other cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with account executives to understand prospective customers’ business needs and align Seeq’s capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance during all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team to develop and refine demo assets and best practices.
  • Offer input to product management and engineering based on customer feedback.
  • Stay current with industry trends, customer use cases, and competitors.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting solutions.
  • Assist cross-functional teams in developing industry-specific value propositions.
  • Represent Seeq at events, webinars, and conferences.
