Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working flexible hours when needed
  • Experience supporting high-level executives is strongly preferred
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable in family-oriented environments and able to adapt to household settings
  • Positive disposition toward children and pets
  • Experience with childcare support or household assistance is a plus
  • Previous experience coordinating international travel

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of executives
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate personal errands and day-to-day tasks
  • Assist with household management and vendor coordination when required
  • Support personal logistics and planning for the executives
  • Travel internationally, primarily to the United States, as needed
  • Provide on-site support during travel, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules and arrangements
  • Assist with general household oversight during travel periods when required
