Requirements

Previous experience leading medical billing teams
Strong analytical skills
Learning and investigative mindset
Approach RCM from a preventive standpoint
Experience across multiple specialties
Experience with multi-state billing
Experience with tele-health billing
Revenue Cycle Management experience (EDI Enrollments)
Revenue Cycle Management experience (Payment Posting and Reconciliation)
Revenue Cycle Management experience (Denial Resolution and Management)
Capable of rolling up sleeves
Flexible / resourceful to adapt to ever changing needs of the business
Clear and concise communicator
Ability to explain complicated ideas in simple terms, both in-person and in writing

Responsibilities

Manage a team of billers that handle client claims
Prioritize work for the billing team
Monitor team productivity & quality
Analyze claims to ensure excellent customer outcomes and KPIs
Lead, support, and unblock the billing team to ensure billing targets are attained
Identify and own initiatives that continually increase the focus areas and operational effectiveness of the billing team
Identify and flag patterns in the billing lifecycle to help inform product and engineering solutions
