Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Analytics
- 5+ years of experience leading paid media strategy for B2C eCommerce brands
- Proven experience operating at a senior level with full ownership over budget, strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional influence
- Experience in apparel and style-driven consumer categories is a strong plus
- Deep expertise across paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, and emerging channels)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience
- Demonstrated success building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams
- Experience establishing team structure, defining roles and responsibilities, and implementing processes
- Strong experience leading search and shopping strategy, including oversight of product feed management
- Demonstrated success scaling upper-funnel acquisition channels such as Connected TV, YouTube, and podcast advertising
- Advanced expertise in performance marketing metrics (CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV)
- Strong command of multi-touch attribution tools such as Northbeam, along with platform reporting and GA4
- Ability to synthesize data across multiple attribution sources
- Proven ability to design and lead structured, insight-driven testing programs
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner of the paid media function, setting the vision, strategy, and operating model across platforms.
- Own and steward the paid media investment strategy and budget, making high-impact, data-driven decisions.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing paid media team, establishing clear goals and elevating execution standards.
- Serve as a key cross-functional leader, driving alignment across planning, creative, retention, merchandising, finance, and executive teams.
- Act as the company-wide authority on paid media, shaping perspective and guiding decision-making.
- Leverage NorthBeam and other attribution tools to evaluate channel performance, validate incrementality, and inform investment strategy.
- Synthesize attribution data across multiple sources to develop a holistic view of performance and inform executive-level decision-making.
- Bring forward clear, data-backed strategic recommendations on budget allocation, scaling opportunities, and channel diversification.
- Own forecasting, scenario planning, and performance modeling, setting targets tied to revenue and customer acquisition.
- Anticipate and stay ahead of platform evolution, industry shifts, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Define and lead a forward-looking testing and innovation roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and channel expansion.
- Partner closely with creative leadership to shape strategic direction, develop high-impact briefs, and build scalable creative testing frameworks.
- Continuously evolve measurement frameworks and success metrics, ensuring alignment between platform performance and overall business outcomes.
