Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years proven experience developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, display, social, video, etc.) tailored to legal industry
- Deep understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization within the legal digital marketing space
- Experience managing and scaling ad budgets efficiently, including forecasting, pacing, performance reporting
- Proficiency with advanced tracking and attribution models (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.)
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising
- Ability to translate complex campaign metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with paid media trends, platform updates, automation tools, and emerging ad formats
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients in the legal industry on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks
- Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery
- Report performance metrics to stakeholders, including strategy recommendations to improve performance
- Conduct competitive client research to position iLawyer Marketing clients ahead of their competitors
- Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests
- Conduct keyword research and ad copy development to support campaign objectives
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative campaign strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media
- Support the Paid Media Director in day-to-day campaign management tasks
- Assist with ad hoc projects and additional job duties as assigned by management
