- Proven track record leading large-scale SAP or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong expertise in program planning, execution, governance, and delivery management
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, and complex delivery landscapes
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and steering committees
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and vendor performance oversight
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate effectively in large, matrixed enterprise environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high accountability and ownership orientation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end SAP program delivery from initiation through go-live and stabilization
- Defining and maintaining integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
- Driving execution discipline across functional, technical, data, testing, and deployment streams
- Establishing governance structures including steering committees and executive reporting cadence
- Managing program risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies with mitigation strategies
- Overseeing program budget, forecasting, vendor contracts, and financial performance
- Leading go-live readiness, cutover planning, and transition to steady-state operations
- Ensuring transparent communication and facilitating executive-level decision-making
