- Identify buyer contact information
- Track outreach status and responses
- Maintain clean and organized outreach tracker
- Maintain master task tracker
- Organize weekly priorities
- Send Monday priority summary
- Send Friday recap
- Flag overdue items
- Identify 10–15 relevant travel accessory brands
- Track product categories beyond packing cubes
- Document pricing, materials, positioning, and features
- Analyze customer reviews for recurring complaints or unmet needs
- Identify potential product gaps
- Deliver findings in structured spreadsheet format
- Provide concise monthly summary of insights
- Influencer list building
- Competitor pricing checks
- Market research as requested
- Organize Google Drive folders
- Maintain clean research documentation
- Update line sheet as needed
