Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, administrative support, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency over large volumes of work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, and similar tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to meet deadlines without constant supervision
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
- Label, tag, and categorize datasets based on internal guidelines and SOPs
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, CRM systems, and reporting trackers
- Review and clean data by identifying errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies
- Organize files, documents, and records for easy access and reporting
- Support operational reporting by compiling and formatting data as needed
- Follow structured workflows and internal processes to ensure consistency
- Assist with general administrative and virtual assistant tasks when required
- Communicate progress clearly and proactively flag issues or missing information
