Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, administrative support, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency over large volumes of work
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, and similar tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to meet deadlines without constant supervision

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
  • Label, tag, and categorize datasets based on internal guidelines and SOPs
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, CRM systems, and reporting trackers
  • Review and clean data by identifying errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies
  • Organize files, documents, and records for easy access and reporting
  • Support operational reporting by compiling and formatting data as needed
  • Follow structured workflows and internal processes to ensure consistency
  • Assist with general administrative and virtual assistant tasks when required
  • Communicate progress clearly and proactively flag issues or missing information
