Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for internal team members
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal dashboards and spreadsheets
- Handle inventory management and related operational tasks
- Support invoicing, contract follow-up, and related administrative processes
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client profiles, and internal documentation
- Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows across the team
