Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for internal team members
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal dashboards and spreadsheets
  • Handle inventory management and related operational tasks
  • Support invoicing, contract follow-up, and related administrative processes
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client profiles, and internal documentation
  • Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows across the team
