Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding Dyson products
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order management
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our customer management system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Educate customers on product features and usage for optimal performance
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about Dyson's evolving product line
