Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking e-commerce clients through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, payments, returns, and product information promptly and efficiently
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure issue resolution
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce products and policies to offer accurate assistance
  • Participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge
