- 5-7 years of experience in creator manager or talent relations
- Experience working directly with creators and owning relationships from end-to-end
- Strong understanding of the AI, Tech, and Business leadership landscape
- High EQ and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage the unique personalities and needs of high-profile and busy creators
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and video production workflows
- Strong organization and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the daily point of contact for signed creators, managing schedules, expectations, and growth
- Use existing industry network to source both established and undiscovered talent, and pitch them on the Forbes ecosystem
- Work cross-functionally with various teams (e.g. social strategy, sales, design) to launch and manage creator content opportunities
- Partner directly with the production team to translate talent vision into high-quality original content
- Leverage a data-centric mindset to track creator performance and anecdotes to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
