- Managed end-to-end payroll for at least 50+ employees in France.
- Experience working within a global HRIS (e.g., HiBob, Workday, or BambooHR).
- Navigated French labor law requirements in a professional setting.
- Operated in an English-speaking business environment daily.
Responsibilities
- Executes monthly payroll for all EMEA entities to ensure 100% on-time payment accuracy.
- Manages local benefits providers across France and EMEA to maintain high employee satisfaction.
- Collaborates with the US Ops Manager on North American payroll runs to provide global redundancy.
- Coordinates onboarding logistics for new hires in EMEA to deliver a seamless first-day experience.
- Maintains employee records within our HRIS to ensure data integrity for quarterly reporting.
- Drafts localized employment contracts and amendments to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
- Audits internal HR workflows regularly to eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
- Identify automation opportunities and leverage modern tools to gain efficiencies.
