  • Navigated French labor law requirements in a professional setting.
  • Operated in an English-speaking business environment daily.

Responsibilities

  • Executes monthly payroll for all EMEA entities to ensure 100% on-time payment accuracy.
  • Manages local benefits providers across France and EMEA to maintain high employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with the US Ops Manager on North American payroll runs to provide global redundancy.
  • Coordinates onboarding logistics for new hires in EMEA to deliver a seamless first-day experience.
  • Maintains employee records within our HRIS to ensure data integrity for quarterly reporting.
  • Drafts localized employment contracts and amendments to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Audits internal HR workflows regularly to eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
  • Identify automation opportunities and leverage modern tools to gain efficiencies.
