Requirements
- Proven experience working in a HR Operations role within a fast-paced HR team
- An awareness of Human Resource Management best practice
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Advanced level MS Excel skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers across a range of HR queries and requests
- Maintaining and updating employee records within our HR System (Workday) and electronic personnel files
- Processing employee life cycle activities including leavers, contractual changes, flexible working and leave requests
- Supporting the preparation of monthly HR reporting and ad-hoc report requests
- Assisting with the coordination of Day 1 induction for new joiners
- Supporting the administration of all types of parental leave
- Providing guidance and general support on HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating interview scheduling and maintaining accurate updates within the ATS
