Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a HR Operations role within a fast-paced HR team
  • An awareness of Human Resource Management best practice
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Advanced level MS Excel skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers across a range of HR queries and requests
  • Maintaining and updating employee records within our HR System (Workday) and electronic personnel files
  • Processing employee life cycle activities including leavers, contractual changes, flexible working and leave requests
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly HR reporting and ad-hoc report requests
  • Assisting with the coordination of Day 1 induction for new joiners
  • Supporting the administration of all types of parental leave
  • Providing guidance and general support on HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating interview scheduling and maintaining accurate updates within the ATS
