Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in HR administration or payroll.
- Sound knowledge of German and Austrian labor, payroll tax, and social security law.
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Proficiency in DATEV.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Structured and independent working style.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and service orientation.
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- Very good English skills (company language).
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, exits, absences).
- Prepare, conduct, and verify monthly payroll for accuracy.
- Act as the interface to external payroll service providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Maintain high-quality personnel data in Workday.
- Administer benefits and company pension schemes.
- Ensure compliance with German labor, tax, and social security laws.
- Communicate with authorities, health insurance providers, and social insurance carriers.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support management decisions.
- Support HRBP team with administrative documentation and HR programs.
