- 1+ years of experience successfully in Public Sector sales opportunities
- High proficiency in selling software as a service (SaaS) and cloud-based solutions to government customers
- Self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic

- Problem solver with strong attention to detail
- SaaS experience is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Outreach

Responsibilities
- Manage outbound lead generation for our Public Sector segment
- Research and contact prospective customers (cold calling, emailing, social, etc.)
- Understand business needs and educate on Fleetio solutions
- Work with Fleetio Prospects in the Government and Education industries
- Actively source new leads and develop detailed lead profiles in Salesforce
- Qualify prospect accounts and schedule meetings and demos with Account Executives
- Assist in other strategic efforts to create qualified sales opportunities for Fleetio
- Develop and refine skills that will contribute to success as an Outbound SDR
