- 2+ years prior experience in congress engagement
- 2+ years prior experience in KOLs and pharma stakeholder management
- 2+ years prior experience in KOLs mapping and engagement
- 2+ years prior experience in KOLs appointment management
- 2+ years prior experience in congress and life sciences event project planning and execution
- 2+ years prior experience in onsite business suite management
- 2+ years prior experience in ancillary meetings planning in life sciences
- Thorough understanding of event approval workflows for Commercial, Medical, Legal Review process
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements
- Expertise in pharma meeting and congress planning and execution (agency or corporate backgrounds)
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with a service-driven mindset (US and EU customers, KOLs, medical societies)
- Ability to influence and escalate effectively within pharma decision-making processes
- Technical dexterity with Excel

- Technical dexterity with Veeva Link
- Technical dexterity with Cvent
- Technical dexterity with SpotMe/Onomi
- Ability to balance pharma regulatory compliance and legal review processes with business objectives

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end congress and other life sciences event projects both onsite and remote
- Independently build, configure and launch web and mobile native event apps using Backstage
- Professionally manage customers and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications
- Coordinate closely with congress organisers, vendors, internal departments, and customers for seamless execution on event day
- Ensure speakers are fully briefed and prepared for webinars, virtual sessions, or onsite at medical standalones or symposiums
- Responsible for all event operations running smoothly for both virtual and face to face projects
- Handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver insightful reports, dashboards and recommendations to the customer
- Frequent travel, out of hours availability and weekend work (approx. 40% travel for 20-30 projects/year)
