Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing
- Proficiency in Klaviyo for campaign setup, automation flows, segmentation, and QA
- Experience managing SMS marketing programs
- Strong project management background with tools such as ClickUp or Asana
- Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to make informed decisions independently and manage shifting priorities
- Previous work in an agency or multi-client environment
- Experience supporting marketing strategists or directors
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify
- Familiarity with subscription tools (Stay.ai, Recharge, Skio)
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and retention channels
- Manage end-to-end delivery of email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including build, segmentation, and QA
- Develop and maintain automated flow programs such as welcome, post-purchase, and abandoned cart sequences
- Prepare creative briefs grounded in strategy and past performance data
- Review campaign metrics and recommend adjustments to segmentation, send timing, and prioritization
- Join client or internal calls, document key takeaways, and convert discussions into actionable next steps
- Oversee ClickUp (or similar tools) for task creation, timelines, and progress tracking
- Translate strategy sessions, call notes, or project updates into clear execution plans
- Manage competing priorities across multiple active accounts or workstreams
- Identify blockers or missing inputs early to prevent delays
- Maintain accountability and drive forward progress without close supervision
