Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo for campaign setup, automation flows, segmentation, and QA
  • Experience managing SMS marketing programs
  • Strong project management background with tools such as ClickUp or Asana
  • Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to make informed decisions independently and manage shifting priorities
  • Previous work in an agency or multi-client environment
  • Experience supporting marketing strategists or directors
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify
  • Familiarity with subscription tools (Stay.ai, Recharge, Skio)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and retention channels
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including build, segmentation, and QA
  • Develop and maintain automated flow programs such as welcome, post-purchase, and abandoned cart sequences
  • Prepare creative briefs grounded in strategy and past performance data
  • Review campaign metrics and recommend adjustments to segmentation, send timing, and prioritization
  • Join client or internal calls, document key takeaways, and convert discussions into actionable next steps
  • Oversee ClickUp (or similar tools) for task creation, timelines, and progress tracking
  • Translate strategy sessions, call notes, or project updates into clear execution plans
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple active accounts or workstreams
  • Identify blockers or missing inputs early to prevent delays
  • Maintain accountability and drive forward progress without close supervision
