5+ years of similar experience, including mass tort case workflows and processes. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven track record of delivering white-glove service and building trusted client relationships. Clear, professional communication skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity. Experience working with technical data and resolving data-related issues. Self-motivated, with experience thriving in fast-paced remote environments. Willingness to travel minimally (1–2 times per year).

Plan, execute, and oversee mass tort projects. Manage clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates. Lead meetings and maintain clear communication. Oversee internal task execution (holdbacks, liens, data transfers, agency relations). Collaborate on report creation and delivery. Identify and recommend process improvements. Engage tech team to improve company portal. Collaborate on tool implementation and feature rollouts.
