Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of B2B sales experience
- Specific experience in the packaging industry (Retail, Display, or Manufacturing)
- Proven track record of locating, developing, and closing new business
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Consultative, value-added sales approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and technical communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage specifications in a deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Identify and capture new B2B business opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive packaging audits at client sites
- Determine technical product specifications and prepare quotes
- Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with key customer contacts
- Compile and analyze customer data
- Respond promptly to technical inquiries
- Maintain high visibility in the market through regular client visits
