Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of B2B sales experience
  • Specific experience in the packaging industry (Retail, Display, or Manufacturing)
  • Proven track record of locating, developing, and closing new business
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Consultative, value-added sales approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and technical communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage specifications in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and capture new B2B business opportunities
  • Conduct comprehensive packaging audits at client sites
  • Determine technical product specifications and prepare quotes
  • Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with key customer contacts
  • Compile and analyze customer data
  • Respond promptly to technical inquiries
  • Maintain high visibility in the market through regular client visits
