Requirements
- 7+ years in IT or enterprise technology leadership (CIO, VP of IT, Sr. Director of Enterprise applications, or equivalent)
- Salesforce ecosystem knowledge
- Demonstrated experience building and/or leading executive peer group, advisory council, or similar network
- Experience working with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies
- Proven facilitation skills
- Strong content instincts
- Experience running a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) or executive peer network in the B2B SaaS or enterprise technology space (Nice to Have)
- Existing network of senior Salesforce ecosystem contacts (Nice to Have)
- Experience in DevOps, release management, or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government) (Nice to Have)
- Background in executive coaching, organizational development, or strategic consulting (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and personally enroll senior Salesforce executives into the council.
- Develop and maintain a target member list in partnership with Flosum’s leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted relationship manager for all members.
- Design the programming calendar, including track themes, session topics, and panel compositions.
- Curate 6–8 content tracks aligned with Salesforce executives' priorities.
- Source and prepare council members to serve as panelists and discussion leads.
- Serve as the lead facilitator for all sessions, setting the tone and ensuring value.
- Moderate panel discussions and facilitate roundtable ideation sessions.
- Build and manage the group's collaboration infrastructure.
- Foster year-round engagement among members.
- Track member engagement, satisfaction, and feedback.
- Manage all operational logistics for sessions.
- Act as Flosum’s eyes and ears within the executive group, surfacing market insights.
- Build trust and executive relationships that drive retention and expansion.
