Requirements

  • Several years of success in B2B Sales and Marketing, including B2B training and coaching type services
  • Interest in selling membership training programs (live, in-person training events, affiliates/partnerships, sales process, webinars)
  • Proven sales process management
  • Proven presentations skills
  • CRM experience
  • Business development experience
  • Professional, knowledgeable and well presented - including telephone, video virtual meetings and in person sales and relationship development
  • Well educated to Degree or above
  • Experienced remote working
  • Happy to attend industry events and attend the main locations for the high ticket industry in person training events
  • 3-4+ years in a similar company (bonus if twice or more)

Responsibilities

  • Operate as an individual contributor generating new business from new B2B client members
  • Supervise an enrolment advisor
  • Contribute to sales strategy, tactics and planning with the CEO and COO
  • Build rapport, influence, persuade and negotiate for profitable deals and long term client satisfaction
  • Set and manage KPIs plus lead by example with client generation and closing deals
  • Budget management, sales forecasts, CRM, data analysis
  • Documentation and executive board level reporting and meeting management abilities
