2+ years of experience in a design firm, agency, or consumer product company Strong portfolio showcasing web and visual/graphic design work Experience designing responsive web applications (mobile and desktop) High attention to detail with a passion for pixel-perfect UI design Comfort presenting work and advocating for design decisions Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback and iteration Passion for accessible, inclusive design Ability to work remotely

Design visually customized, branded marketplace UIs using Archive’s design system Create mockups and concepts to support sales and strategy initiatives Participate in design reviews with brand creative teams and incorporate feedback Partner with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs Lead QA for brand sites to ensure visual and functional integrity Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards Contribute to branding and creative projects across Marketing and Sales Surface UX and product feature requests and apply visuals to new features
