Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience consistently exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Proven success generating net new pipeline and closing deals in the upper/mid-market segment. Experience selling financial technology solutions preferred. Strong track record selling into the Office of the CFO and Finance C-Suite. Mastery of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and strategic solution selling. Deep understanding of SaaS products and how to align them to business challenges. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and sales enablement tools. Analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
