Senior Solutions Architect

12+ years of experience in technical roles requiring collaboration and senior-level customer communication. 6+ years of supporting business capture processes with written and oral response development. Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or IT Management related fields. Experience researching and developing technical solutions across various scenarios, focusing on software engineering and data architecture. Ability to understand customer needs through materials, events, and communication. Excellent writing and oral communication skills, with ability to present technical topics to diverse audiences. Experience designing enterprise networks including LAN, WAN, cloud solutions, SDN, load balancing, zero trust, WAN optimization, and network encryption. Experience with DoD continuous ATO and Zero Trust processes. Experience with application development and sustainment solutions including devsecops pipelines. Experience supporting large business capture opportunities ($100M+). Familiarity with Federal Government proposal process. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite tools. Ability to develop graphical concepts to convey messages. Technical leadership experience for effort estimation and skill set determination. Experience developing RFI and RFP responses including win theme development. Ability to lead meetings and achieve desired outcomes. Ability to support a flexible work schedule.

Support pre-RFP business capture activities. Craft compelling and compliant proposal responses and basis of estimate / staffing models. Support oral and written proposal efforts. Maintain knowledge currency and share with team members.
