Requirements:
2+ years of B2B SaaS sales account management experience with a focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities. Experience managing a high-volume book of business and consistently hitting sales targets. Experience nurturing customer relationships and managing their renewals. Experience with Salesforce. Planhat or other Customer Success tooling is a plus. Ability to jump between inbound customer requests, demos, and strategic renewal conversations. Adaptable and motivated to improve work processes. Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exemplary customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Own renewal and expansion quota across a high-volume SMB portfolio. Build multi-threaded relationships, identify whitespace, mitigate risks, and execute strategies for retention and expansion. Run the full expansion sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, value selling, negotiating, and closing. Manage renewal pricing, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. Build strategic account plans tying customer goals to Buildout workflows. Monitor account health and identify churn triggers. Recommend adoption paths and bundles to increase long-term value. Serve as the customer's internal champion by collaborating with cross-functional teams to unblock issues and deliver insights. Improve AM sales motion by testing processes, sharing learnings, and contributing to team growth.
