Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on renewals, upsells, and overall account growth Develop and execute quarterly business plans and renewal strategies for assigned accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account Perform outbound renewal activities, cold calling, and lead follow-ups to drive retention and growth Leverage internal resources to educate clients on new products, services, and solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction Track and forecast account activity using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and metrics Mentor junior account managers and provide guidance on complex client engagements Conduct regular account reviews with leadership to align on performance, targets, and development opportunities
