1+ year of professional experience in Reporting or similar department. Professional experience with the MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.). Strong experience navigating web portals, filtering, and finding information. Adaptable self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication (verbal/written) and customer service skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to make decisions with urgency based on data analysis. Ability to identify, improve, and follow existing policies and procedures. Willingness to adapt to positive change in a dynamic growing environment.
